We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your MH Digital account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.
All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. MH Digital and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither MH Digital , nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of New York.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in New York.
MH Digital reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
We will try to provide at least

days notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

1. Free Usage Eligibility
Your access to the Business Operating System (BOS) is completely free of charge as long as you are actively utilizing one or more of our integrated marketing services, such as SEO, advertising, email marketing, or any other MH Digital offering.
2. Review Period
We conduct periodic reviews every 6 to 9 months to assess platform engagement and marketing service usage. If, at the time of review, it is determined that no MH Digital marketing services are being used, your account will transition to a paid plan.
3. Paid Plan Activation
In the absence of active marketing service usage, your BOS account will be moved to a monthly subscription of $49/month, effective from the start of the following billing cycle after the review.
4. Notification Policy
You will receive advance notice via email at least 14 days prior to any transition to a paid subscription. This gives you the opportunity to either activate a qualifying marketing service or choose to continue on the paid plan.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your BOS account or any services at any time. Once upgraded to the $49/month plan, billing will continue until you notify us of your cancellation in writing or through your client dashboard.
6. Fair Use & Access
The BOS platform is provided for the purpose of supporting legitimate business operations. Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of your account.
